How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?
Processing Timeline
We understand your eagerness to receive your order! Please allow 1-3 business days for us to carefully prepare and process your items before they embark on their journey to you.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, anticipate the arrival of your package within 10-12 business days. We collaborate with reliable shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, keeping you informed every step of the way.
What if I provide an incorrect address?
If you provided an incorrect address please reach out to us at support@kidscove.com with your order number, if your order has not yet been processed we will be able to update your shipping address.
If your order has already been processed to an incorrect address, we will be unable to cancel the order and refund you.
Missing Orders
If your order exceeds 30+ days in transit from the date of shipment as shown in the tracking information, we will issue a refund.
In the event that your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office. We are unable to provide refunds for orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
Do you offer a guarantee? Can I return my order?
Of course. We offer an extended 30 day guarantee!
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your items, or received faulty goods, simply email our customer support team at support@kidscove.co. Please include the email address associated with the order and describe the issue, include photos if possible. We always aim to respond in 3 days or less!
Can I change my order?
Sure! You can cancel, or change your order within 12 hours of confirmation. Please contact us with your name and order number at: support@kidscove.co.
After 12 hours, your order will have been processed and we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it.
